Heat Treatment of Metal
- Heat treatment of aluminium alloys – dissolution annealing and artificial ageing, in case of some aluminium alloys it is possible to increase hardness with the dissolution annealing followed by artificial ageing.
- Annealing to reduce stresses, alternatively to soften metal – annealing to reduce stresses is done to minimize residual tension; that decreases a possibility of dimensional changes or deformations. It is also used for welded parts or constructions.
- Drying and burning.
Aluminium Casts
- We secure production of aluminium casts using sand and mold casting or pressure die casting. Including processing of drafts, production of models and casts, and following operations such as machining, heating treatment and surface finish.
Cast Impregnation
- We provide impregnation of casts of aluminium and copper alloys using methods Maldaner and Loctite. Filling out micro pores with resin provides complete sealing off and ensures perfect tightness of the casts.
Consultancy in Aviation Industry
- Thanks to our long-time experience in aerial production, operation and repairs of aerial machinery, we are able to provide information, consultancy, and even manufacturing of components and whole aeroplane subassemblies. That is an aeroplane kite itself, its hydraulic, fuel and air systems.
